齿轮式集聚纺罗拉制造技术探析

为满足齿轮式集聚纺罗拉大批量制造的需求、提升其质量水平,分析现行罗拉制造工艺存在材料利用率低、加工成本高、工艺复杂、生产效率低的原因;通过将罗拉原为凸出齿结构改为平齿结构

摘要:为满足齿轮式集聚纺罗拉大批量制造的需求、提升其质量水平,分析现行罗拉制造工艺存在材料利用率低、加工成本高、工艺复杂、生产效率低的原因;通过将罗拉原为凸出齿结构改为平齿结构,并进行抗扭性能试验,详述工艺优化和参数优化后,形成外圆和导杆为成组加工制造单元的效果。生产实践表明:优化后的工艺配套先进设备能大幅提升生产效率、降低生产成本,保证产品质量的一致性和稳定性,满足成套短线的生产需求;平齿轮式集聚纺罗拉抗扭、抗振性能优异,将在集聚纺中细号纱市场占据竞争优势;该制造工艺和流程适应8锭齿轮式集聚纺罗拉的加工。

Analysis on the Manufacturing Technology of Gear Commpact Spinning Roller

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of mass manufacturing of gear commpact spinning roller and improve its quality level,the causes of low material utilization rate,high processing costs,complex process and low production efficiency of the current roller manufacturing process are analyzed.By changing the original bulging gear structure to flat gear structure of roller,and carrying out torsion resistance test,the effect of outer circle and guide rod as a group of manufacturing units are formed after describing process optimization and parameter optimization in detail.The production practice shows that the optimized process and supporting advanced equipments can greatly improve the production efficiency,reduce the production costs,ensure the consistency and stability of product quality,and can meet the production demand of complete sets of short lines.With excellent torsion resistance and anti-seismic performance,the flat gear commpact roller will have a competitive advantage in the market of the commpact spinning fine and middle yarn.The manufacturing process and flow are suitable for the processing of gear commact spinning roller of eight ingots.
