摇架压力分配对细纱质量和能耗的影响

摘要:为合理分配细纱平面牵伸摇架前、中、后区压力,分析摇架压力与成纱质量、机件磨损和能耗关系,以纺T/R 65/35 18.5 tex纱为例,对比不同摇架压力配置的成纱条干指标。结果表明:细纱摇架前、中、后3档压力配比为1∶1.23∶1时,成纱条干指标较好;当摇架前、中、后3档胶辊压力由153 N/双锭×115 N/双锭×130 N/双锭调整为110 N/双锭×135 N/双锭×110 N/双锭后,主机吨纱电耗降低18 kW·h;在轻加压条件下,适当加大摇架中区压力,合理分配3档压力,达到提升成纱质量、降低能耗、减缓机件磨损的新理念需要长期的实践验证。

Influence of Cradle Pressure Distribution on Yarn Quality and Energy Consumption

Abstract:In order to wisely release the pressures in front,middle and rear zones of the spinning plane draft cradle,analysis is done to the relationship between the pressure of cradle and yarn quality,parts wear and energy consumption.Taking the yarn T/R 65/35 18.5 tex as an example,the yarn evenness index of different configurations of the cradle pressure are compared.The results show that the yarn evenness index is better when the pressure continued proportion of front,middle and rear zone of the spinning cradle is 1∶1.23∶1.When the cots pressure of front,middle and rear is adjusted from 153 N/double spindles×115 N/double spindles×130 N/double spindles to 110 N/double spindles×135 N/double spindles×110 N/double spindles, which can reduce the power consumption of the main frame by 18 kW·h per ton of yarn.Under the condition of light pressure,there is a long way to go for better yarn quality,less energy consumption and wear of machine parts in production verification for the new idea of properly increasing the pressure in the middle zone of the cradle and rationally releasing the pressure of three-zones.
