摘要:为了实现梳棉的优质高产,详述TC 15型高产梳棉机采用1.28 m工作幅宽、刺辊配置灵活、增强抗变形回转盖板、T-CON数字专利技术、新型棉网集束系统、无级变速锡林调速装置、锡林电子刹车装置等技术特点;从生条定量、棉网定量和生条定量的关系、梳理度方面分析其工艺优势;通过纺OE 58.3 tex纱、特黑兰T 19.7 tex色纺纱、R 19.7 tex涡流纺不同品种纱线,对比分析TC 15型梳棉机和FA203型梳棉机的工艺参数设置和成纱质量。指出:TC 15型梳棉机工作幅宽加大,梳理面积扩大,通过应用多项新技术实现高产能、高效率的工艺优势;该机生条定量达40 g/(5 m),出条速度达350 m/min,理论产量达168 kg/h以上,梳理质量也有一定提高。

Technical Characteristics and Technological Advantages of TC 15 High-yield Carding Machine

Abstract:In order to achieve high quality and high yield of carding cotton,the TC 15 high-yield carding machine adopts 1.28 m working width,flexible configuration of taker-in,enhanced anti-deformation rotary flat,T-CON digital patent technology,new cotton web collection system,cylinder stepless speed-change device,cylinder electronic brake device,etc.The technological advantages are analyzed from the aspects of the quantity of card sliver,the relationship between the quantity of cotton web and the quantity of card sliver,and the carding degree.By spinning OE 58.3 tex yarn,Tehelan T 19.7 tex colored spun yarn and R 19.7 tex vortex spinning yarn,the setting of process parameters and yarn quality of TC 15 carding machine and FA203 carding machine are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that TC 15 carding machine has the advantages of high-yield and high efficiency by broadening the working range and enlarging the carding area.The quantity of card sliver can be 40 g/(5 m),the outlet speed can be 350 m/min,theoretical yield can be more than 168 kg/h ,and the carding quality has also been improved.
