细纱机“三同心”校正方法及对成纱产质量的影响

摘要:为实现快速、高效、高精度校正钢领中心线、锭子中心线和导纱钩小孔内侧中心线的“三同心”,满足纺织企业需求,介绍传统线型校正法和使用新型校准器校正法,分析传统线型校正法——敲锭子、吊线锤和使用新型“三同心”校准器校正法的差异。指出:“三同心”状态对纱线毛羽和断裂强力影响很大,状态佳可有效提高纱线质量;使用新型校准器校正“三同心”工作效率明显提高,且方便快捷,精度高;日常设备保全保养工作须认真细致校正每个锭子,并不断提高平揩车技术水平。

Abstract:In order to achieve fast,efficient and high precision alignment of the center line of the ring,the center line of the spindle and the inner center line of the hole of the thread guide on the same vertical line,namely“3-concentric lines”,in order to meet the needs of textile enterprises,this paper introduces the traditional “3-concentric lines” alignment method and the new 3-concentric calibration method,and analyses the traditional line alignment method such as spindle straightening,plump lining and the new “3-concentric lines”.Differences in calibration methods.It is pointed out that 3-concentricity has a great influence on yarn hairiness and breaking strength,and 3-concentricity can effectively improve yarn quality;new calibration is becomes efficiency,convenience,rapid and high accurate when new 3-concentricity method is used;daily equipment maintenance includes careful calibration of each spindle.
