浅析集聚纺网格圈传动原理的缺陷

摘要：为了简化集聚纺纱结构、降低老机改造费用，分析了集聚纺纱装置的发展，重点论述了集聚纺纱装置网格圈传动方式及其设计原理上存在的缺陷，通过分析这种缺陷对其后续发展的严重影响，提出了在不改变网格圈基本结构条件下的补救办法。

  Abstract:In order to predigest the compact spinning structure and lower the modification cost of the used machines,analysis is done to the progress of the compact spinning device.Highlight is given to the drive mode of the lattice apron and the defects in design theory.Some measures are given against the defects with the basic structure of the lattice apron unchanged.
