精梳机钳板开口和给棉技术探讨

摘要:为了解决精梳机给棉不匀、棉网时疏时密问题,为精梳机开车和新机设计提供参考,对精梳机钳板开口、给棉方式等进行理论分析;剖析前进给棉和后退给棉时,钳板开口调整不精确导致钳板开口比标准值或小或大的原因,在齿轮传动方式和连杆传动方式下调整张力轴偏心齿轮和张力轴偏心旋转角度θ,使钳板开口得以保证。指出:钳板在运动过程中打开和关闭的时机、给棉罗拉给棉长度是影响精梳机开车质量的关键;给棉棘轮的齿数决定每钳次给棉量的长度;由于给棉棘轮的制造误差,导致棉网外观变差;设计和调整时应根据钳板棘轮、棘爪的位置关系和实际情况详细计算调整钳板开口K,并设计调整落棉隔距后钳板开口的调整装置,确保调整后钳板开口一致性,从而使给棉罗拉每钳次能够精确给棉,从根本上保证精梳棉条质量。

Discussion on Nipper Shedding and Feeding Technology of Comber

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of uneven cotton feeding and uneven cotton fleece of the comber,and provide reference for the running of comber and design of new comber,theoretical analysis is made on nipper shedding and feeding mode of the comber.The reasons why the nipper shedding is smaller or larger than the standard value due to the inaccurate adjustment of nipper shedding in forward cotton feeding and backward cotton feeding are analyzed.Eccentric gear of the tension shaft and the eccentric rotation angle θ of and tension shaft is adjusted under the gear transmission mode and connecting rod transmission mode to ensure the nipper shedding.It is pointed out that the shedding and closing time of the nipper and the feeding length of the cotton feeding roller are the key factors affecting the running quality of the comber.The number of teeth of the cotton ratchet determines the length of the amount of cotton to be fed per nipper.Due to the manufacturing error of the cotton ratchet,the appearance of the cotton fleece becomes worse.The nipper shedding K is calculated and adjusted in detail according to positional relationship of nipper ratchet and pawl as well as the actual situation in design and adjustment,and the adjusting device of back nipper shedding of noil gauge is designed and adjusted,to ensure the consistency of nipper shedding after adjustment,so that the feed roller can feed cotton accurately per nipper,fundamentally ensuring the quality of combed sliver.
