摘要:为提高锭子的加工精度和生产效率,适应纺纱设备自动化、高速化要求,实现企业降本增效,分析锭杆全自动无心磨床的设计方案及应用优势,并对龙牙锭盘加工工艺进行优化。指出:锭杆生产使用全自动无心磨床符合工艺及设计要求,可实现锭杆磨削加工自动上下料、磨削、检测、生产节拍要求和磨削废料的分离,使锭杆加工工序和生产周期缩短、用工和劳动强度减轻、精度和生产效率大幅提升,减少锭子装配过程中因锭杆精度而产生的系列问题;优化的龙牙锭盘加工工艺可缓解加工和安装尺寸较多、加工时间长的问题,并提高加工精度。

Designing of Automatic Centerless Grinder for Spindle Blade andProcessing Technology of Spindle Wharve with Barbed Device

Abstract:In order to improve the processing accuracy and production efficiency of spindles,meet the requirements of automation and high speed of spinning equipments,and reduce the costs and increase the efficiency of enterprises,design scheme and application advantages of the automatic centerless grinder for spindle blade is analyzed,and the processing technology of spindle wharve with barbed device is optimized.It is pointed out that the automatic centerless grinder is used in producing spindle blade which can meet the requirements of process and design,it can realize the automatic loading and unloading,grinding,testing,production rhythm requirements and separation of grinding waste of spindle blade grinding,the machining process and production cycle of spindle blade are shortened,the labor and labor intensity are reduced,the accuracy and production efficiency of spindle blade are greatly improved,and a series of problems caused by spindle blade accuracy in spindle assembly process are reduced.The optimized processing technology of spindle wharve with barbed device can alleviate the problems of many processing and installation sizes and long processing time,and the machining accuracy is improved.
