摘要:为了便于理解和用好纱线波谱图,以改善和提高纱线质量,介绍纱线波谱图形成机理和傅里叶波形分解原理,探讨纱线不同类型的周期性疵点所形成波谱图的特点;通过分析波谱图实际案例,阐述波谱图对分析和查找纱线周期性疵点产生原因的指导价值,以及单纯利用波谱图分析纱疵产生原因存在的不足。指出:纱线的任何周期性疵点都可简化成正弦波频谱;分析波谱图应结合曲线图、DR图、长度-变异曲线图等仔细分辨图形特征,根据有无谐波、谐波类型及谐波包迹线形态等认真辨别疵点类型,并进行生产实践验证。

Mechanism of Yarn Spectrogram and Case Analysis

Abstract:In order to have a good comprehension and use of yarn spectrogram and improve yarn quality,the mechanism formation of yarn spectrogram and the principle of Fourier wave decomposition are introduced,the characteristics of spectrogram formed by different types of periodic defects on yarn are discussed,and the guiding value of spectrogram for analyzing and searching the causes of periodic defects on yarn is expounded through practical cases of spectrogram analysis,and the shortcomings of simple use of spectrogram to analyze the causes of yarn defects.It is pointed out that any periodic defect on yarn can be simplified into sinusoidal wave spectrum and displayed on spectrogram.The analysis of spectrogram should be combined with curve,DR chart and length-variation curve to carefully distinguish the graphic features,and carefully identify the defect types according to whether there are harmonics curves,harmonic curves types and harmonic curves envelope curves,and verify them through production practice.
