摘要:为提升客户效益、降低企业运维成本,介绍纺织机械远程运维平台项目研发背景和目的,详述该平台设计的安全性原则、可靠性原则、经济性原则、智能化原则和全生命周期管理原则,从客户中心端和远程终端到数据源、采集层、存储层、分析处理层、应用层以及展现层等方面分析其硬件架构和总体技术构架。详细介绍平台的设备管理、设备远程故障诊断、故障智能预测、设备远程运维、视频管理及健康指数诊断等主要功能。指出:该平台可实现对售出产品进行远程监控、诊断和维护,能指导客户在效率、质量和能耗等方面全面提升,有利于企业稳产高产、降本增效,适应纺织企业自动化、连续化生产的迫切需求;将大数据分析技术、云传输技术、远程控制技术、实时监控技术和视频诊断技术等有机结合,实现纺织企业和主机生产企业对纺织设备的远程管理及智能分级管控,具有可移植性和兼容性,适宜在纺织机械行业推广。

Construction and Application of Remote Operation & Maintenance Platform for Textile Machinery

Abstract:To enhance the customer benefit,and to reduce the maintenance cost,introduction is done to the textile machinery remote operation platform project regarding the research background and the purpose.Detailed description is done to the principles regarding design of the platform and the security,reliability,economy,intelligence and cycle management.The hardware architecture and the overall architecture is analyzed from the aspects of customer center terminal and a remote terminal including a data source,layers of collection,storage,analysis,application and presentation and such.Introduction is done to the main function of equipment management,platform for remote fault diagnosis,fault prediction,equipment remote maintenance, video management and health index of diagnosis.It is pointed out that the platform can realize remote monitoring,diagnosis and maintenance of the products sold,guiding customers in quality and efficiency,energy consumption and other aspects of a comprehensive upgrade,consequently being conducive to enterprise high-stable yield,reducing efficiency,meeting urgent demand of textile enterprise automation,continuous production,large data analysis of technology combination including cloud transmission technology,remote control technology,real-time monitoring technology and video diagnostic technology,implementation of remote management and intelligent grading control in textile enterprises and machinery production enterprises with portability and compatibility,suitable for promotion in the textile machinery industry.
