摘要:为了提高细纱机主轴轴承的装配质量,缩短安装时间,提升运行稳定性,在传统装配方法的基础上,设计专用主轴轴承扳手及主轴止动规,与先进的数显扭矩扳手配合,组成细纱机主轴轴承高效工装;详细介绍高效工装装配方法,并与传统装配方法进行对比分析。指出:细纱机主轴轴承整体性能取决于其安装质量,主轴轴承装配高效工装的设计使用,确保轴承装配后径向游隙为0.02 mm~0.03 mm,能有效避免轴承损坏,降低停台率和维修用工成本。

Design of Efficiency Assembly Tool for SpindleBearing of Spinning Frame

Abstract:To improve the assembling quality of spindle bearing of spinning frame with short assembling time for the operation stability,based on the traditional assembly methods,an efficiency assembly tool for spindle bearing is formed with a special wrench and a stop gauge together with advanced digital torque wrench.Detail introduction is made to the efficient tooling assembly method and compared with traditional method.It is pointed out that the overall performance of spindle bearing of spinning frame depends on the quality of its installation.The design and application of efficient assembly tool for spindle bearings ensures the radial clearance of bearing assembly of 0.02 mm to 0.03 mm,effectively avoiding bearing damage,reducing stop rate and maintenance costs.
