摘要:为了提高HN2452C-N1型摩擦式假捻器轴承性能,延长其使用寿命,分析其心轴旋转时存在质量分布不均匀所产生离心力造成的振动、噪声而加速轴承磨损,以及传统定位套圈去重时因机床振动、铣刀易损、装夹工装振动导致的外观差、表面粗糙度值大、毛刺多等问题;通过采用钻孔去重的方法,并研制结构简单、操作方便的钻夹具。实践表明:钻孔去重的定位套圈外观质量好,产品得到用户认可;钻夹具制造成本低、加工效率高。

Improvement of the Dynamic Balance Correction Method forthe Bearing Ring of the Friction False Twister

Abstract:To improve the performance of the bearing HN2452C-N1 of the friction false twisting with longer service life,analysis is done to the problems with the spindle rotation such as vibration,noise generated by the centrifugal force due to uneven quality distribution followed with acceleration of bearing wear,as well as problems with traditional locating rings such as poor appearance,surface roughness and burs due to heavy tool vibration and cutter wearing,clamping tooling vibration.The problems are solved with weight reduction of drilling method and development of fixtures of simple structure and convenient operation.The practice shows that the fixture is of good quality in appearance,and the products have been approved by the users.The drill clamp is of low manufacturing cost and high processing efficiency.
