略谈纺织机械设备维修管理

摘要：为了解决纺织企业机械设备维修管理制度缺失、水平滞后、重视度不够等问题，从管理部门、管理制度和纺织机械设备使用等方面，分析了当前纺织企业在纺织机械设备维修管理中存在的问题。提出，建立并完善纺织机械设备的维修管理制度，设立机械设备维修管理的绩效考核制度和选拔任用专业的机械设备维修管理人才，充分认识设备科学管理的重要性，能保证设备高效运转，降低设备出故障的频次，从而实现企业经济效益的提升。

Abstract:To solve the problems with textile industry machinery maintenance and management system such as lack of management regulation,backward in level，insufficient importance,analysis is done to the problems in the maintenance and management of textile machinery in the textile enterprises from the aspects of management,management system and the use of textile machinery.It is suggested that the following must be done including establishment and improvement of textile machinery and equipment maintenance and management system,set-up of maintenance and management,personnel of mechanical equipment maintenance and management of mechanical equipment performance appraisal system and the selection and appointment of professional equipment.Only by fully understanding the importance of scientific management,ensuring the efficient running of the equipment,reducing the equipment failure frequency,can the enterprise enhance the economic benefits.
