纺织机械节能设计模式探讨

摘要:为了解决纺织行业能耗高的问题,分析了国内外纺织机械行业节能设计现状,提出了纺织机械节能设计的目标层次和技术路线;以梳棉机为例,探讨了纺织机械节能设计的模式和思路。指出:我国纺织机械行业节能设计可分为能效标签应用、行业能效指导、行业标准规范三个层次,可通过发布行业能效指导手册、推广能效标签等方法来推动纺织产业向节能减排方向发展;认为研究纺织机械节能设计,对批量性纺织机械产品在企业内部实施能效标签制度,可以加快产品更新换代,推动企业在新产品研发过程中提升创新能力。

Probing into Design of Textile Machinery of Energy Economy

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption with textile industry,analysis is done to progress of the design of textile machinery industry with energy economy.The target arrangement and the techroute is proposed of the textile machinery design with energy economy.Sampling the carding frame,probing is done into the mode and the thought of the textile machinery design  with energy economy.It is pointed out that the energy design plan of China’s textile machinery industry can be arranged as the three items including tag of energy economy efficiency,the energy economy guiding of the industry,the standard of the energy economy for the industry.It is proposed that the industry develop with the orientation of the energy economy and emission reduction pushed by circulation of the directory of the tag of energy economy efficiency and the promotion of the tag of the energy economy efficiency.It is recommended that the enterprise the bulk textile machinery products can set up a system tagged with energy economy internally,so to accelerate product upgrading,promote enterprise in new product development process to enhance innovation ability.
