环锭纺优势纺纱工艺技术杂谈

摘要：针对当前行业中纺纱工艺技术多样化应用的现状、条件和依据，提出优势纺纱工艺技术的概念；从细纱牵伸工艺技术多样化应用的理论依据、实践依据和理念等方面进行分析，反思纺纱工艺技术多样化应用的目标，探索优势纺纱工艺技术存在的可能性，纺出盈利最大化的纱线。指出：纺纱工艺技术不完善不成熟不规范将会严重制约纺纱技术进入工业4.0时代；“优势”是比较优势，是纺纱技术发展进步的产物；应借助于优势纺纱工艺技术的应用，改善纺纱企业的各项技术经济指标，通过“三省三升”改变生存环境提升盈利水平，引导纺机、专件器材的设计制造，推进行业技术进步。

  Abstract:As to the status quo,conditions and basis of the application of spinning technology diversification in current textile industry,a concept is introduced of regnant spinning technology.Analysis of theoretical basis of drafting technology diversification,practice and idea introspect the target of diversification application and explore the possibility of the regnant spinning technology in practice.It is pointed out that imperfect,immature,and nonstandard of spinning technology will severely restrict the spinning technology into the industry 4.0.Regnant spinning technology is a comparative advantage,a product of spinning technology progress.It is necessary to improve the index of economic technology spinning enterprises with the help of regnant spinning technology advantages of spinning technology. Through the“three savings and three improvements”,something must be done to improve the survival environment and profitability,to guide the design and manufacture of textile machinery and accessories,promoting technological progress.
