精益生产——经济新常态下纺织企业的必由之路

摘要：为了适应经济新常态，适应多品种、小批量的生产模式，介绍精益生产的由来，重点论述推行精益生产的基本原则与思路；从做好基础培训工作，定期汇报总结，改变生产计划与组织方式、实现生产多样化与均衡化，优化工艺流程、创新工艺方法，推行“一人多台机、一岗多工序”、全面提高生产效率以及加强设备标准化管理6方面阐述精益生产的具体做法。指出：制造型企业推行精益生产，要着重改善单机单工位改造，科学优化工序组合、促进工艺优化，持续提升单机单位时间的产出量，结合企业实际情况，以精益化生产为目标，追求精细化管理、精确化管理，厉行节约，务实改善，勇于创新，树立“全员精益”意识。

Abstract:To cater the new economic norm and production of varieties and small batch,introduction is made to the origin of lean production.Highlight is focused on the basic principles and methods of lean production;from the basis of good training,regular report,change of the production plan and organization mode,diversification of production and optimization of the process equalization are gained.Innovation,process,implementation of the“one machine,a post process”,improve production efficiency and describes the specific practices of lean production equipment to strengthen the standardized management of six aspects.It is pointed out that the manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of lean production should focus on improving the single station renovation,scientific optimization process combination,promote the optimization of process, continue to increase output of single unit time,combined with the actual situation of enterprises, to set lean production as the goal,the pursuit of fine management,accurate management,strict economy,pragmatic improvement,be brave in innovation and set up“all staff lean”consciousness.
