采用个性定制解决环锭纺细纱锭子用塑料经纱筒管使用难题

摘要：针对环锭纺细纱锭子用塑料经纱筒管出现跳管、浮管、“牢锭”等问题，使其始纺时易起纱、不脱纱，拔管容易、插管方便，提高环锭纺纱线质量，介绍当前纺织企业用经纱管现状以及国内环锭纺细纱锭子的基本型式和经纱管结构型式；采用大数据大概率法，汇总上百家纺织企业的使用意见，分析经纱管出现“牢锭”、跳管和浮管的原因，攻克其制造过程中的技术难点，认为管芯与锭杆配合好且耐磨是关键，并从管芯的材料、作用及设计等方面进行说明；对纺织厂要求“万能”纱管和使用“万国锭”提出见解。指出：选好用好锭子和经纱管，关键是要熟悉其基本特性并掌握使用方法；建议针对每个纺纱企业的实际情况，对经纱管进行专业化定制，尽量避免使用“万国锭”，制造方和使用方共同努力，才能进一步保证成纱质量。

Abstract: Considering the problems with the plastic warp tubes such as tubes beat,floating and spindle sticking,to make it possible to start-up in spinning,to be difficult in yarn slip-off,to be easy in tube extubation and intubation for better quality of ring spun yarn,introduction is done to the textile enterprises regarding the present status and the basic structure of warp tubes and spindle.The factors resulting problems in the plastic warp tubes such as tubes beat,floating and spindle sticking are analyzed through big data with large probability about textile enterprises,overcoming the technical difficulties in the manufacturing process.Good fit of the tube core and the spindle rod with good abrasion is critical with description of the tube core material,function and design.Some cautions are given to the universal tubes and universal spindle.It is pointed out that the key to select and use the spindle and warp tubes is to be familiar with the basic characteristics and the use instruction.It is suggested that according to the actual situation of each spinning enterprises,professional customization be appreciated in warp tubes selection,avoiding the use of “universal spindle”,joint efforts of manufacturer and end user are welcome for further improvement of yarn quality.
