转杯纺不同喂给方式对混纺纱质量影响的研究

摘要:为研究不同喂给方式对成纱质量的影响,在配备双分梳辊的JWF1612型转杯纺改装机上进行纺纱试验,并对纱线性能进行测试。测试结果通过F检验方差分析和Tukey HSD检验表明:双分梳技术纱线的力学性能、条干CV值、细节(-30%)和毛羽指数等指标均优于单分梳技术,单、双分梳技术对成纱粗节(+35%)的影响无区别,即双分梳技术有利于提高混纺纱的成纱质量;更换纤维条的喂给位置、不改变分梳辊规格,对成纱效果的影响不明显;纺纱效果与分梳辊规格相关性大,且与其齿向无关;使用双分梳辊JWF1612型转杯纺纱机时应注意温湿度调节、设备状态良好,纱线通道光洁,以避免因粘缠而引起断头率增加,纺纱效率降低。

Probing into the Influence of Different Feeding Methods of the Rotor Spinning
on the Quality of the Blended Yarn

Abstract:In order to probe into the effects of different feeding methods of the rotor spinning on the quality of yarn,spinning test is carried out on the rotor spinning machine JWF1612 with double carding rollers and the yarn property is tested.The test results by F test ANOVA and Tukey HSD test shows that the double carding rollers technolgy with the fiber mechanical properties,yarn evenness CV,the thin(-30%) and the hairiness index,is better than the single carding roller technology.Either single or double carding rollers technology has no difference the effect on the thick (+35%) ,in other words,double carding technology is conducive to improving yarn quality;there is no marked effect on yarn quality if there is no change of the specification of the carding rollers without changing the feeding position of the fiber sliver.There is close relativity of spinning effect to the specification of the carding rollers,yet independency from the wire orientation.Attention should be paid to the humiture regulation,equipment condition,yarn channel smoothness to avoid increased end-break by sticking against spinning efficiency in application of the rotor spinning frame JWF1612 with double carding rollers.
