段彩纱质量控制技术的探讨

摘要：为了纺好段彩纱，介绍了段彩纱的纺纱机理及细纱机生产段彩纱时的配套改造方案，阐述了段彩纱工艺参数选择、设备管理要求和操作要点，分析其常见质量问题产生的原因和解决的技术措施。指出：段彩纱风格独特、色彩变化丰富、层次感强，具有广阔的市场空间，是当前产品结构调整的方向；应加强对段彩纱常见问题的形成原因及其控制措施的研究。

Abstract:In order to do good job in spinning of segment colored yarn, introduction is made to  the spinning-how and the allied modification layout in producing segment colored yarn.Caution is given as to process parameters selection,equipment management and operation.Analysis is given to the causes resulting in common quality problems and the technical solution to the same.It is pointed out that the segment colored yarn is of unique style,rich colors, strong sense of hierarchy,thus with a prosperous market,leading the adjustment of product structure.It is necessary to do reinforced study of the causes resulting in the common problems of the segment colored yarn with proper control measures.
