异纤分拣机应用对比

摘要：针对棉纺企业如何选择异纤分拣机的问题，介绍了国内外几种异纤分拣机的应用情况；通过对比试验，比较了北京经纬精灵-8型及国产A型异纤分拣机的清除效果；指出：精灵-8型异纤分拣机清除效率相对较高且运转性能稳定，喷花量少，布面疵点量低，是目前国内较成熟的异纤检出设备。

Abstract:As to the problem of selection of the foreign fiber sorting machine for the cotton spinning enterprises,introduction is done to the application situation of several different foreign fiber sorting machine both at home and abroad.The contrastive test finds the scavenging effects of Beijing Jingwei sorting machine Genius-8 and another domestic product.It is pointed out that the Gennius-8 is better than the above-said domestic product in stable performance,less fly,less defect on the cloth,thus a relatively mature foreign fiber sorting machine so far in China.
