中小型制造企业生产异常管理系统的应用

摘要：针对中小型制造企业生产中诸多因素导致的生产异常不能及时反馈和处理这一难题，以及生产效率和交货期等难以管控的现状，基于AIP公司的生产实践，设计了一套对生产异常进行控制的可行性方案，构建了一种可支持车间生产异常事件信息实时采集、快速分析、趋势预判和综合查询的信息管理系统。实践证明，它可以提高中小型制造企业对生产异常情况处理的及时性、有效性，实现了生产异常问题处理的规范化、标准化和信息化；提升了企业的管理水平和灵活应变能力，创造了良好的经济效益。

  Abstract:As to the problems with the small-or-medium-sized enterprises such as the failure to get feed-back and solution to the unconventionality in the production due to some uncertainties, worsted of all,the difficulty of the controlling the production efficiency and the delivery date,an unconventionality management system is introduced based on the practice of the AIP company, which functions as real time data collection,instant analysis,trend preestimation,the general rogatory information system.Production practice proves that the system is of much help in supporting the small-or-medium-sized enterprises with the instant and efficient control of the unconventionality in production based  with criterion and standardization and information, consequently with good economy profit thanks to the  management and capability to meet emergency of cotton enterprises.
