梳棉机附加分梳装置的结构形式与特点

摘要：为了提高梳棉机梳理效果，改善棉网及成纱质量，介绍了盖板针布的发展概况，阐述了梳棉机不同梳理区附加齿条盖板针布的特点和要求，比较了锯齿条式和植针式梳理针布的结构形式和特性，并对其质量及功能提升提出建议。指出，具有不充塞、不挂花的自洁能力和高耐磨、长寿命特性，是附加齿条盖板针布的重要质量特性，是对梳棉机整体分梳除杂功能的补充和完善，应与相应组件优化组合，形成符合纤维特性、主机特性、梳棉工艺、梳理区要求的特定附加分梳装置，方可获得满意的梳理效果。

  Abstract:In order to improve the carding effect for better cotton sheet and spinning quality, introduction is made to the development of flat card.Description is done to the additional wire flat card in the different carding sections regarding the performance and the requirement.Comparison is made to the structure and the feature of the toothed and planted wire clothing.Some suggestions are put forth as to how to improve the quality and the function upgrading.Conclusion is made that good self cleaning performance such as non-jamming and non-fiber hooking,high abrasion resistance,long service life are important characteristics for additional wire flat clothing,a good supplement and completion of the general cleaning performance,which should be matched with the homologous elements and in conformity with the requirements of fiber performance, equipment performance,carding process,carding section.Only by this,can good carding effect be realized.
