中小型棉纺企业冲出困境稳健发展的探讨

摘要：为解决中小型棉纺企业困境，确保其稳健发展，探讨企业发展过程中必须扎实做好的几项基本工作——设备、技术、管理和分配，以及要正确认识的两个重要问题，即“做强、做长和做大”三者关系的发展战略和 “平台、人才和创新”三者关系的发展战术，分析实际纺纱生产过程中常见的问题，应重视的要点和技术。指出：加强综合管理，依靠技术进步，积极研究开发适销对路、独特优质的产品，才是稳步发展的捷径；中小型棉纺企业要重视生产中的常见问题，同时注重新技术、新工艺的研究探索，并结合自身实际，选择适宜的技术和工艺，才能发挥其应有作用。

Abstract:To help the small and medium-sized cotton spinning enterprises to get out of the plight and gain a steady development,probing is done into some essentials in the development of the enterprises including equipment,technology,management and sharing.There are two important issues that need to correctly deal with,particularly,the strategy of“growing strong,growing everlasting,and growing with prosperity”and the tactics of“platform,talent and innovation”.Analysis is done of the common problems in spinning process,and cautions and main points that attention should be paid to.It is pointed out that the shortcut to the steady development is paved with comprehensive management,technological progress,marketable and quality product.The small and medium-sized cotton spinning enterprises should pay special attention to the common problems occuring in production,and focus on research and exploration of new technologies,new processes,which can play their due roles only when combined with enterprise actuality.
