中小型纺织企业生产技术管理问题与对策

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that the production technology management is extensive and need to improve urgently in small and medium-sized textile enterprises，the causes are analyzed，the the solutions of intelligent transformation，implementing fine and lean management and the use of textile cloud platform are put forward，and the characteristics and functions of the textile cloud platform are discussed.It is pointed out that small and medium-sized textile enterprises should carry out intelligent transformation，give full play to the function of intelligent equipments，weaken the dependence on personnel，strengthen personnel training，and improve the level of personnel management at all levels.The lean，digital and intelligent textile cloud platform should be applied to simplify enterprise management process and reduce management difficulty.
