质量管理系统（QM）在采购物资管理上的运用

摘要：为解决每月对外协、外购产品供应商评价时的统计难度大，线下手工记录费时费力、效率低且统计不准确的问题，在现有的SAP系统的基础上开发质量管理系统（QM），并对该系统上线运行前、后统计数据进行对比。推行运用结果表明：该系统使统计时间大大缩短、效率提高、数据实时准确，随时可查询；供应商质量问题分析有据可依；质量管理规范化显著提升，增大了产品市场的占有率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of difficult to make statistics when evaluating suppliers of outsourcing and outsourcing products every month,and offline manual recording is wasting time and energy,inefficient and inaccurate,based on the existing SAP system,the quality management system (QM) is developed,the statistical data before and after the operation of the system are compared.The application results shows that the system can greatly shorten the statistical time,improve the efficiency,and ensure that the data is real-time and accurate and can be queried at any time.It also can ensure that the analysis of supplier quality problems has evidence to rely on,and the standardization of quality management has been significantly improved,and the market share of products has been increased.
