环锭细纱机罗拉座多工位钻孔工装设计

摘要:为了满足环锭细纱机罗拉座结构精度的高要求、减少工序间误差,设计以灰铸铁HT200作主体原料的罗拉座多工位钻孔工装,详述其定位装置和压紧装置的设计方案及技术要求;通过对比加工Φ11.75 mm罗拉座底孔、Φ10.20 mm胶圈张力架固定孔和Φ3.20 mm张力架调节孔时,多工序钻孔与多工位钻孔的加工效率和加工质量,说明多工位钻孔工装可在1个工序完成所有孔的加工,单人日均加工数量是多工序加工的2倍,完工合格率由96.05%提高到99.00%。指出:环锭细纱机罗拉座多工位钻孔工装适用不同规格罗拉座的加工,结构简单、调试方便,误差减少,加工精度提高,既能降低加工成本又可提高生产效率和产品质量。

Design of Multi-station Drilling Tool of Roller Pedestal of Ring Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to meet the high requirement of roller pedestal structure precision and reduce the error between processes of ring spinning frame,a multi-station drilling tool of roller pedestal taking gray iron HT200 as the main raw material is designed.The design scheme and technical requirements of the positioning device and pressing device are described in detail.By comparing the processing efficiency and quality of multi-process drilling and multi-station drilling in processing Φ11.75 mm roller pedestal bottom hole,Φ10.20 mm apron tension frame fixing hole and Φ3.20 mm tension frame adjusting hole,it shows that multi-station drilling tool can complete all the holes in one process,and the number of single daily processing is twice that of multi-process processing,and the completion pass rate increased from 96.05% to 99.00%.It is pointed out that the multi-station drilling tool for roller pedestal of ring spinning frame is suitable for the processing of roller pedestal of different specifications.The structure is simple,the debugging is convenient,the error is reduced,the processing accuracy is improved,so the processing cost is reduced and the production efficiency and product quality are improved.
