  Abstract:In order to shorten the installation time of ring spinning frame for users，and improve the quality of lifting system，the composition and function of the lifting system are introduced，and the problems and improvement measures of the lifting system of spinning frame are analyzed.It is pointed out that the lifting system should be strictly controlled during the installation and transportation of spinning frame.The methods for improving installation quality：fast installation and positioning the driving sprocket of the lifting parts using special tools，optimization the installation and positioning process of key parts，design and manufacture positioning plate tools for winding chain，simulating the docking condition of head and body of spinning frame，adjusting the chain fasteners in each part according to docking dimension requirements of spinning frame，precisely fixing chain with tooling，moving forward the assembly workload and shortening the installation time of the spinning frame for users，etc.
