环锭细纱机新型传动管零件加工工艺改进

Abstract:In order to improve the processing quality and efficiency of the new transmission pipe parts of ring spinning frame and meet mass production demand of the transmission pipe parts of JWF1572 cotton ring spinning frame after batch transfer，the difficulties in the processing of the transmission pipe parts are analyzed，such as difficulty in turning around and labor intensity.According to the structural characteristics and processing technical requirements of the new transmission pipe parts，the original process is improved by using duplex head milling machine to process two end faces，lengthening the drilling machine design，making special chamfering cutter，cutter head and lengthening the drilling work table，which can achieve one clamping to complete the two end faces and the internal and external chamfering，shorten the process flow，reduce number of clamping parts and knock scratches and other problems.It is pointed out that there is no need to turn the parts around after the transformation，and the milling instead of turning can improve the utilization rate of raw materials.The production and drilling process lengthens the table，reduces the processing cost of parts，centralizes the process，shortens the process flow，reduces the labor cost，and improves the processing quality and efficiency of parts.
