摘要:为了提高粘胶短纤维烘干机烘干效果,防止纤维泄漏造成链板链条运行不平稳并影响环境,从烘干机干燥原理说明密封结构的重要性;详细介绍气流密封和蝴蝶板密封的结构、原理及缺陷,探讨设计的气流密封加蝴蝶板密封的双密封结构形式。指出:双密封结构基本解决了烘干机漏风跑毛问题;在保温门里侧采用弹簧钢片动态密封,在其与框架接触处设有非金属密封,防止保温门高频率开闭中的变形失效;两年运行验证表明,双密封结构的烘干机密封结构合理、运行可靠,吨丝耗汽量、停车清理时间减少,运行成本显著降低。

Discussion on the Design of Seal Structure of Viscose Staple Fiber Dryer

Abstract:In order to improve drying effect of viscose staple fiber dryer,and prevent fiber leakage causing unsteady operation of chain plate and chain and affecting the environment,the importance of seal structure is illustrated from the dryer drying principle;the structure,principle and defects of airflow seal and butterfly plate seal are introduced in detail,the double seal structure of air seal and butterfly plate seal is discussed and designed.It is pointed out that the dual seal structure can basically solve the problem of air leakage and fiber running in dryer;spring steel dynamic seal is adopted inside of the insulation door,and the non-metal seal is provided where it contacts the frame,which can prevent the deformation and failure of the insulation door in high frequency opening and closing.Two years of operation verification shows that the dryer with dual seal structure has reasonable seal structure,reliable operation,less steam consumption of per ton filament,less time to stop and clean up,so that the operation cost reduces significantly.
