摘要:为了改善粘胶纤维开松均匀性,减少漏丝等,从湿开松机开松毂、罗拉辊和棉箱三方面探讨其改进的方向和性能;表明,改进设计的整机结构紧凑、开松效果好、维修故障率低;开松毂辊体加长至墙板外侧面,能解决罗拉缠辊及开松毂挤丝和漏丝问题;角钉间距布置合理,角钉型式得到改进,开松效果良好。

Structure Improvement of Wet Opener for Viscose Staple Fiber

Abstract:In order to improve the uniformity of viscose fiber opening and reduce filament leakage,the improving direction and performance of wet opener are discussed from three aspects of opening hub,roller and cotton box.It shows that the improved machine has the advantages of compact structure,good opening effect and low maintenance failure rate.The roller body of the opening hub lengthens to the outer side of the wall panel,which can solve the problems of roller winding and opening hub crowing filament and filament leakage;the spacing arrangement of nails is reasonable,the type of nails is improved,and the effect of opening is good.
