为了降低喷气织机能耗,介绍喷气织机主传动的作用及形式,分析三相异步电机、开关磁阻电机和交流永磁同步电机3种驱动方式的优势和不足,并对3种驱动方式进行应用效果对比分析

摘要:为了降低喷气织机能耗,介绍喷气织机主传动的作用及形式,分析三相异步电机、开关磁阻电机和交流永磁同步电机3种驱动方式的优势和不足,并对3种驱动方式进行应用效果对比分析。指出:新型永磁同步电机直驱装置结构简单,可降低使用维护成本,提高效率,拓展织机品种适应性,节能效果显著,具有良好的成本优势,能提高织造工厂整体效益。

Development of Direct Drive Device of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Air-jet Loom

Abstract:In order to reduce the energy consumption of air-jet loom,the function and form of the main drive of air-jet loom are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of three driving modes of three-phase asynchronous motor,switched reluctance motor and AC permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed.The application effects of the three driving modes are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the new direct drive device of permanent magnet synchronous motor has simple structure,which can reduce the cost of operation and maintenance,improve efficiency and expand the adaptability of loom varieties;the new direct drive device of permanent magnet synchronous motor has significant energy saving effect,good cost advantage,which can improve the overall efficiency of weaving factory.
