摘要:为了提高咖啡炭改性涤纶与粘胶赛络集聚纺的成纱质量,针对咖啡炭纤维较蓬松、易粘卷的特点及混纺组份纤维的性能,进行了充分而有效的混合清花工序,采用“多松少落、减少打击”工艺原则,梳棉工序加强分梳和转移、选用配套针布,优选工艺参数,并条工序采用三道并合顺牵伸工艺,优化配置粗纱、细纱工序,采用“重加压、低速度、大后区隔距、小后区牵伸”和“二大一小”工艺原则,络筒采用“小张力、低速度”工艺原则,合理应用专件、器材,成功纺出满足使用要求的高质量纱线。

Practice of Coffee-carbon-modified Polyester and
Viscose Siro-compact Spun Yarn

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of yarn produced with coffee-carbon-modified polyester and viscose siro-compact spun yarn,considering the fact that coffee carbon fiber is fluffy and prone to sticky lap and that the yarn is of blended component fibers,through effective blowing,and adoption of the principle “more loose,less falls,and less blow”,and measures of strengthening combing and transferring in the carding section,selection of proper clothing with optimized parameters,applying the following including three-stroke drawing along with the drafting process,optimization of the allocation of roving and spinning process,using the“heavy pressure,low speed,big gauge in the rear section,small drafting in the rear section”and“two big and one small”,“low tension,low speed”in winding process with proper application of parts and accessories,consequently,yarn in conformity with the quality requirement of the user is successfully produced.
