浅议梳棉机回转盖板使用维修的基础工作

Abstract:In order to improve the fiber carding quality of carding machine，the distance between rotary plate and cylinder on curved rail，big wallboard and frame of carding machine and its running state are analyzed.When the rotary plate is installed on the carding machine，the level of the frame should be done first，and then the precise installation of the big wallboard and the curve rail should be ensured.In addition，the big plane as well as the heel and toe surface of the plate frameworks should be corrected，and the carding clothing of the flexible plate should be covered correctly and the quality standards should be met.It is pointed out that the distance between the rotary plate and cylinder can be realized by adjusting each leg of the curve rail，and the use of the small heel and toe difference cover plate can reduce the knot and impurity，improve the evenness of the yarn，and reduce the slubs and fine ends.
