转杯纺14.8 tex纯棉色纺纱技术探析

摘要：为了提高转杯纱质量，分析转杯纺技术优势，通过半自动转杯纺纱机生产18.5 tex纱、14.8 tex纱以及14.8 tex纯棉色纺纱的生产实践，从原料、混棉混色、清梳联和并条工序、条子长短片段均匀度、关键器材与工艺优化、成纱质量方面说明转杯纺设备及器材选用及工艺设计要求；从棉花染色方法、色棉混合方法、色纤维混用比例、色结控制和生产环境温湿度调控说明转杯色纺纱的技术控制要点。指出：转杯纺流程短、效率高、用工省、成本低；优选原料，优化纺前各工序工艺参数，选配好纺杯、分梳辊等关键器材并优化纺纱工艺，可保证转杯纺纱机纺出高质量的细号纱，以进一步拓展转杯纱应用领域。

Abstract:To improve the quality of rotor spun yarn,analysis is done to the technical advantage of rotor spinning.The spinning practice of yarn 18.5 tex,14.8 tex and pure cotton 14.8 tex is made using semi-automatic rotor spinning machine.Cautions with selection and process requirement are stated of rotor spinning equipment and accessories from raw material,cotton and color blending,blowing-carding unit and drawing process,evenness of sliver long or short,key equipment and process optimization in terms of yarn quality.The technical control points of rotor color spinning are explained from cotton dyeing method,color fiber blending method,blending proportion,color section control and control of humiture in production.It is pointed out that the rotor spinning is of short process and high efficiency,less labor and low cost.Optimization of raw materials and the process parameters before spinning,selection of key equipments such as spinning cup and combing roller ensures high quality fine yarn with rotor spinning process for further expand the application of rotor spinning.
