新型淋雨测试仪水压恒定装置的设计探讨

摘要:为了解决传统淋雨测试仪对试验室高度要求高、安装麻烦且存在安全隐患、手动调节水压高度、无法满足淋雨测试标准等问题,设计一种动态自动恒压淋雨测试控制系统,替代传统手动溢流水压控制方式。通过安装在缓冲罐上的水压传感器对淋雨测试仪喷淋口压力进行检测,比较检测值与标准要求压力,根据压力偏差调整伺服电机的转速来改变加压泵的压力,从而改变喷淋口压力,实现水压自动调节,提高压力精度。指出:新型淋雨测试仪水压恒定装置设计科学,自动调节喷淋口水压,水压恒定、控制范围广,安装简单,使用方便,符合标准要求,可广泛应用于各种纺织品及服装材料的渗透性能测试。

Design of a Water Pressure Stabilizer for a New Rain Tester

Abstract:To solve the problems with the traditional rain test instrument such as failure to meet the rain test standards and other issues due to height requirements on the test chamber of the manual adjustment of hydraulic height,complicated installation with hidden risk to safety,a dynamic automatic hydraulic stabilizer system is introduced to replace the traditional manual overflow mode.The rain tester spray pressure is monitored by hydraulic pressure sensors installed in the buffer tank,comparing the tested pressure with the controlled standard pressure and the pump pressure is regulated according to the pressure deviation to adjust the rotation speed of the servo motor,and the spray pressure is changed accordingly,automatic pressure control and pressure accuracy is realized.It is pointed out that the design of the new pressure stabilizer is of scientific design,automatic adjustment of the sprinkler’s pressure,constant water pressure,wide control range,simple installation and convenient operation,which is in line with the standard requirements,and can be widely applied to the permeability test of various textiles and clothing materials.
