摘要:为了解决因揩车维修不合理而导致的工人劳动强度、机配件和原材料消耗以及用电量等增加的问题,进一步提高细纱机产质量,阐述细纱机揩车目的、范围以及传统维修方式的弊端,提出“一个中心三个基本点”的设备揩车维修计划;结合产品质量和机台状态对细纱机日常清洁、维护、保养和检修等项目进行分解优化,以环锭纺、集聚纺普梳和精梳不同纺纱品种为例,探讨其揩车维修周期。指出:针对不同品种、配棉、纺纱工艺和车间环境分别实施清洁、状态维修和不同周期的揩车维修相结合的设备维修方式,与采用半个月的细纱机揩车维修周期相比,设备故障下降33%,设备维修用工下降26%,机物料消耗下降18%,计划停台率降低2.5%。

Adjust the Way of Keeping up the Spinning Framefor Better Overall Benefits

Abstract:To solve the problems with the improper upkeep of the spinning frame resulting in the increase of labor intensity,consumption of machine parts and raw material and electricity and such,and to further improve the yield and quality of the spinning frames,description is done to the upkeep of the spinning frames regarding the purpose and scope as well as the conventional malpractice,a new upkeep program is introduced as“one central task with three basic points”.Considering the product quality and the performance status of the frames,optimization is done to the following items including daily cleaning,maintenance,upkeep and overhaul of the spinning frames.Sampling the product varieties of ring spinning,compact spinning carded and combed,probing is done into the maintenance cycle.It is pointed out that if the equipment upkeep is done according to different varieties,cotton assorting spinning processes,and workshop environment combined with different upkeep,the equipment failure decreases by 33%,maintenance labor employment declines by 26% and material consumption decreases by 18%,the programmed stop rate drops by 2.5% as compared with the upkeep cycle of half month.
