磨沟砂轮纸垫冲裁工装的设计

摘要：为了解决特种轴承加工过程中存在剪刀或打孔机剪裁纸垫效率低、尺寸规格无法保证的问题，设计了一种磨沟砂轮纸垫冲裁工装，并介绍其结构、组装方法及工作原理。指出：磨沟砂轮纸垫冲裁工装结构简单、操作方便、高效实用；改变心轴、底座及预压铝滑套的尺寸，即能制作不同规格的纸垫，便于轴承加工企业批量制作。

作者简介：邹友民（1979—），男，湖南衡阳人，高级工程师，主要从事纺织现场生产服务工作。 Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency with clipping or punching,poor control of the dimensions in special bearing manufacturing,a blanking workholder of grinding wheel is introduced,together with the structure,the assembling method and the operating principle.It is pointed out that the blanking workholder of grinding wheel is simple in structure,easy in use and high-efficiency in production.Different specifications of paper pads can be produced only by changing the sizes of mandrel,pedestal and preloading aluminum sliding sleeve,making it easy for bearing processing enterprises to produce bearing in bulk production.
