Abstract:The work flow and performance advantages of the TM-KSB automatic cot grinder are introduced，taking commpact C 7.3 tex yarn spinning with the J465A cot with the diameter of 30 mm as examples,application effects of the TM-KSB automatic cot grinder and ordinary high precision cot grinder are compared.It is pointed out that the TM-KSB automatic cot grinder has high degree of automation，less labor to sharpen the cot，small Ra value of surface roughness，high efficiency，good outer diameter consistency；the TM-KSB automatic cot grinder has a wide range of application，can automatically correct and sharpen grinding wheel，and is safe，reliable，and low in failure rate；the cot ground with the machine has a short running-in time and good yarn quality.
