交叉滚子滑台在罗拉专用夹具模块化设计中的应用

为了提高罗拉加工质量和制造能力,利用模块化设计理念,配合交叉滚子滑台构件,开发设计了外圆磨罗拉专用砂轮修整器和罗拉内外螺纹中径跳动测量仪等专用工装;利用罗拉专用砂轮修整器

摘要:为了提高罗拉加工质量和制造能力,利用模块化设计理念,配合交叉滚子滑台构件,开发设计了外圆磨罗拉专用砂轮修整器和罗拉内外螺纹中径跳动测量仪等专用工装;利用罗拉专用砂轮修整器修整砂轮降低了零件报废率,减少了砂轮损耗,提高了罗拉表面制造质量;罗拉内外螺纹中径跳动测量仪能使产品质量得到有效控制。指出:交叉滚子滑台稳定性好、弹性变形量小、设计灵活等优点能满足直线运动的设计需求,了解新技术、新产品、新材料的创新,并应用于实践,可以减少中间零件,降低制造成本,提高设计开发效率,开阔设计思路,提高工夹量具制造精度。

Application of the Cross Roller Sliding Table in ModularDesign of Roller Special Clamp

Abstract:To improve the quality of roller processing and manufacturing capabilities,using the modular design concept,with the help of the cross roller sliding table members,a cylindrical grinding roller special grinding wheel dresser,and a roller thread middle diameter beat measurement instrument and other special equipment are introduced.The roller grinding wheel dresser reduces scrap rate of the parts,reducing consumption and loss of the grinding wheel,improving the manufacturing quality of roller surface.The roller thread middle diameter beat measurement instrument can effectively control the quality of products.It is pointed out that the cross roller sliding table is of good stability,less deformation,having the advantages of flexible design,can meet the design requirements of linear motion.Understanding of the innovation of new technologies and new products,new materials,and application in practice,can reduce intermediate parts,reduce manufacturing cost,improve the design efficiency,extending design ideas,improve clamp manufacturing precision.
