环锭纺纱疵成因及工艺控制探讨

摘要：为了控制环锭纺纱疵产生、提升成纱质量，介绍纱疵的分类与分级，分析籽棉轧花质量、环锭纺纱工艺及运转管理与操作对纱疵的影响，探讨纺纱工艺控制纱疵的措施。指出：纱疵是由于生产过程中某种状态失控而形成的，是各种因素的综合反映,轧花时要防止过度清理，合理控制回用棉量，纺纱各工序要按工艺要求合理调节，同时应加强各工序的标准化操作和管理。

Abstract:To control yarn defects and to enhance yarn quality,introduction is done to the classification of yarn defects.Analysis is done of ginning quality of seed cotton,influence of ring spinning process and operation management and performance on yarn defects.Probing is done into controlling of yarn defects with spinning process or measures.It is pointed out that yarn defects result from some states out of control in the production process.They are involved with comprehensive various factors.When ginning,it is necessary to prevent excessive cleaning,and to do reasonable control of the recyled cotton;when spinning,it is coequally necessary to adjust process parameters as required.And more,strengthening of the standardized operation and management of each process is additionally important.
