环锭细纱机锭带限位器设计及使用体会

摘要：为了解决因环锭细纱机锭带上下浮导致纱线捻度不匀，造成织造效率降低、布面横档、染色差异等问题，设计了锭带限位器并上机试验；该装置结构简单，便于操作，杜绝了锭带位置偏移和松动，解决了其上下浮问题，降低了捻度不匀率，提高了成纱质量，保证了锭带传动效率和传动面的清洁，但增加了锭带磨损，需要良好维护。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as unevenness which leads to low weaving production,fabric stop mark,fabric color difference due to the floating movement of the tape on the ring spinning frame,a tape snubber device is introduced and site tested.The device is of simple structure and easy operation,avoiding the problems as said above,consequently lowering the twist unevenness and improving the yarn quality,ensuring the spindle tape transmission efficiency and transmission surface cleanliness,yet there is some increase of tape wear,and  good maintenance is essential.
