胶辊表面因涂料处理问题引起成纱机械波理论分析

为了解决高湿环境中胶辊表面含湿量过大致使涂料干燥成膜,摩擦力—握持力差异大,产生有害机械波和牵伸波的问题,从理论上分析了胶辊表面成膜后摩擦力—握持力不均匀的必然性。指出:

摘要:为了解决高湿环境中胶辊表面含湿量过大致使涂料干燥成膜,摩擦力—握持力差异大,产生有害机械波和牵伸波的问题,从理论上分析了胶辊表面成膜后摩擦力—握持力不均匀的必然性。指出:涂料配比越大,流动性、流平性越好,涂料在胶辊表面成膜后的附着力越强,胶辊表面摩擦力—握持力分布越均匀;对于生产实践中的意外问题,要实践与理论相结合,弄通弄懂问题的技术实质,从而解决问题。

The Theoretical Analysis of the Mechanical Wave in the Yarn Resulting from
the Coating Process on the Cot Surface

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as big difference between the friction force and the griping force,resulting in harmful mechanical wave and drafting wave problem in such high humiture environment that dry film of coating is formed on the surface of the cot.Theoretical analysis is done to the inevitability of the friction asymmetry of roller surface film.It is pointed out that the higher of the dosage ratio of coating,the better the the liquidity and  good leveling property,and stronger the surface film adhesion of coating on the cot,and more uniform the distribution of the friction force and the griping force of the cot surface.As to the unexpected problems in the production,theory integration is necessary in making clear what the problems are technically so as to solve the same.
