降低OE 29.2W tex 布面疵率的实践

为了降低OE 29 2W tex气流纺纱布面疵点,对出现的疵点进行归类并分析原因,制定出预防措施。指出:布面疵点主要有错纬纱、条干纱、竹节纱和油污纱4种;应以预防为主,做好清洁,严格操作

摘要:为了降低OE 29.2W tex气流纺纱布面疵点,对出现的疵点进行归类并分析原因,制定出预防措施。指出:布面疵点主要有错纬纱、条干纱、竹节纱和油污纱4种;应以预防为主,做好清洁,严格操作,加强维护保养等基础工作;采取应对措施后,布面错纬疵率由0.77%下降为0.23%,条干疵率由0.54%下降为0.22%,竹节疵率由0.82%下降为0.09%,油污疵率由0.90%下降为0.10%。

Practice to Reduce the Defect Rate of Fabric OE 29.2W tex

Abstract:In order to reduce the defects of fabric OE 29.2W tex,the fabric defects are classified and the causes analyzed with the countermeasures provided.It is pointed out that the fabric defects mainly include wrong wefted yarn,eveness yarn,slubbed yarn and oil-contaminated yarn.Priority should be given to prevention including good cleaning,strict operation,thorough maintenance.After the conutermeasures are taken,the defect rate with yarn including wefted yarn,eveness yarn,slubbed yarn,and oil-contaminated yarn drops respectively from 0.77% to 0.23%,from 0.54% to 0.22%,from 0.82% to 0.09% and from 0.90% to 0.10%.
