胶辊胶圈选用及报废管理探讨

摘要：为了提高纺纱质量，延长胶辊、胶圈使用寿命，结合使用实践，分析了不同纺纱品种、不同工序胶辊、胶圈的选型原则、使用保养、回磨及报废周期等；详细介绍了胶辊、胶圈分档管理方法。指出：胶辊、胶圈要选择耐磨、高弹、有一定抗绕性的产品；胶辊型号要少，并建台账，进行分档管理；应根据胶辊硬度、表面处理方法、纺纱品种、粗纱定量、摇架压力、锭速等决定其回磨及报废周期；胶圈确定型号后可新旧搭配使用，能延长使用寿命，且降低消耗、节约成本。

Abstract:In order to improve spinning quality,extending the service life of the cot and the apron,in conjunction with application practice,analysis is done to the selection principle of the cot and the apron in varieties of spinning and process regarding selection cautions,service and maintenance,regrinding and rejection cycle.Introduction is made in details to the management method in classifying the cot and the apron.It is pointed out that selection of the cot and the apron with the performance of abrasion resistance,high elasticity and anti-lapping is the first priority.Standing book is needed in management of the cot and the apron in varieties.Regrinding and rejection cycle should be determined according to the rigidity,the treatment method,spinning varieties, roving ration,pressure of cradle,and the spindle speed.Once the specification of the apron is determined,it is better to make collocation of the used and the new in pairs so as to extending the service life of the product with less consumption and cost.
