布雷克钢丝圈集聚纺纱的选型应用

摘要：为了优选集聚纺用钢丝圈，提高成纱质量，介绍了布雷克钢丝圈的分类与性能；通过试纺对比，说明集聚纺选用弓形较低的圈形，可以增加润滑，减少纤维对钢丝圈、钢领的磨损，提高成纱质量，延长钢丝圈的使用寿命。指出：集聚纺用钢丝圈的型号规格应与普通环锭纺有所差异，良好的管理是用好钢丝圈的重要保障。

Abstract:In order to optimize the traveler in the compact spinning for better yarn quality, introduction is made to the classification and performance of Bracker traveler.The comparison test shows that it is better to equip the compact spinning process with the traveler shaped like small bow characteristic as good lubrication,less wear of yarn on the traveler and ring for actual result of good yarn quality and long service life of traveler.It is pointed out that the type of travelers for compact spinning should be varied with that of the conventional ring spinning process.Good maintenance is important guarantee for travelers service.
