摘要:为了处理好不同纺纱型式与胶辊胶圈质量及处理方法、纺纱环境之间的关系,分析了不同纺纱型式对胶辊胶圈质量、表面处理方法的要求及不同纺纱环境对胶辊胶圈使用的影响。指出,随着纺纱原理的发展而出现的新型纺纱型式,也要求胶辊胶圈的质量及处理方法、纺纱环境发生改变,这是纺纱厂稳定棉纱质量、提高生产效率及纺纱器材使用寿命的关键;新的纺纱型式与胶辊胶圈的质量控制,是防止胶辊胶圈出现龟裂、破裂、断裂、脱落、污染、损伤损坏的关键,也是改变传统纺纱模式、胶辊胶圈处理模式的主要方面。

Varieties of Spinning Mode in Relation to the Cot and the Apron

Abstract: In order to make clear the relationships of varieties of spinning mode with the cot and the apron including the quality, the surface treatment process and spinning condition, analysis is done to the varieties of spinning mode in relation to the cot and the apron including the quality, the surface treatment process and spinning condition. As the new spinning mode comes into being with the development of spinning philosophy, there must be some changes with the cot and the apron including the quality, the surface treatment process and spinning condition, Which is important in keeping stable quality of cotton yarn, high production rate and longer service life of textile accessories. The new variety of spinning mode and quality control of the cot and the apron is the hinge in preventing the cot and the apron from cracking, fracture, breaking, falling-off, contamination, damaging or injuring. it is also the main aspect in modify the conventional modes of spinning and the treatment of the cot and the apron.
