摘要:为了提高纱线品质及纺纱生产效率,分析了纤维生产中钢领、钢丝圈这对重要摩擦副的发展趋势;从原材料选择到热处理成型加工详细说明了钢领、钢丝圈制造过程出现的问题和注意事项;回顾了计划经济时期,钢领、钢丝圈制造中的实际困难,分析了钢领、钢丝圈配套研发的优势及必要性,提出了其常用配套使用方案并比较了在细号集聚纺和高速环锭纺纱配套选用的纺纱质量。指出:纯棉纤维将减少,仿棉纤维比例将上升;无走熟期,寿命长,节能,能适应高速集聚纺和高速环锭纺纱需要将是未来较长时间内钢领、钢丝圈的发展方向。

Probing into the Developing Trend of the Ring and Traveler for the New Spinning Process

Abstract:Analsysis is done to the developing trend of the couple of the ring and traveler for the purpose of increasing yarn quality and spinning efficiency.Details introduction is made to the problems in the manufacturing process of the ring and traveler plus the caution thereof.Review is done to the manufacturing difficulty in the era of the planning economy.The edge and the necessity of the allied research of the ring and traveler is reinforced.The conventional allied application scheme is described with the comparison of the spinning quality of the compact spinning process with fine count and the speedy ring spinning process.Conclusion is made that pure cotton sinning will decreases while the resembled pure cotton increases.The future of the ring and traveler will be orientated with free phasing-in period,long service life and energy economy in the application of the hi-speed compact spinning and the ring spinning.
