紧张热定型机辊筒结构及应用分析

摘要：为了提高涤纶短纤紧张热定型机的紧张定型效果，介绍了紧张热定型机辊筒的结构形式及其加热介质类型，通过优缺点的比较和计算分析，提出，年产量在2万t以下的涤纶牵伸生产线中应使用虹吸式辊筒，年产量在2万t以上的应使用夹套式辊筒；但辊筒结构和加热介质，应根据生产实际需要选择，加热介质大多选择蒸汽，而温度要求高时，应选择导热油。

  Abstract:In order to upgrade the hot setting quality for the polyester fiber,introduction is made to the tension roller of the after-treatment equipment for polyester fiber regarding the structure of the hot setting roller and the varieties of hot medium.The comparative analysis proves that the production line with year yield less than 20 000 t should be equipped with siphon roll while the production line with year yield above 20 000 t should be equipped with jacket roll.The structure and the heating medium should be selected in conformity with the actual production.Generally speaking,most of the medium is steam while oil medium can be used when temperature is in strict control.
