精品罗拉抛光工艺研究

摘要：为了解决罗拉3M抛光工艺表面粗糙度差、不光滑、成本高、影响使用等问题，改进布轮抛光工艺，抛光后手感罗拉表面绵滑细腻、色泽光亮，并且成本降低很多；说明细纱机精品罗拉的表面质量需要科学合理的抛光工艺，布轮抛光工艺是目前可供选择的理想方案。

  Abstract:In order to find the solution to the problems such as poor roughness,poor smoothness, high cost,inconvenient application of  the 3Ms polishing process,through modification of the cloth polishing wheel,the surface of the roller has a handle of soft and delicate smooth,bright color,and more,the cost drops a lot.It proves that the quality of the roller of the spinning frame demands proper polishing process,the cloth polishing wheel is an ideal solution to the problem.
