摘要:为了适应纺纱生产高速高效化的发展趋势,提高锭子和轴承的速度、效率、寿命,降低系统噪声和振动,分析了高速节能锭子的设计、制造要求,结构特点,速度,能耗及衡阳新型锭子的优点;高速转杯轴承的结构及其围绕结构采用新材料、新技术进行改进的产品试验对比;重点阐述了应用PEEK和CF(碳纤)作为轴承外环和承板的新型纺锭轴承在耐热性能、耐磨性能,自润滑性及吸振性能方面的优势。通过试验对比,指出:高速锭子是细纱高速高效化的核心,上轴承小型化,下轴承采用平面止推轴承和径向滑动轴承,采取防飞油措施,并具有良好的吸振性能,易维护;转杯轴承防噪减振、降低温升并提高寿命;纺锭轴承应采取自润滑措施,并提高其耐热性、耐磨性、耐疲劳性。

Approach into Hi-speed and Hi-efficency of Textile Parts

Abstract:In order to cater hi-speed and hi-effiency production of yarn,upgrading the speed,effiency,and service life of the spindle and the bearing,lowering the noise and the mechanical vibration,analysis is done to the design,manufacturing requirement,strcuture feature,speed,energy consumption of the energy economy hi-peed spindle and the advantages of the new spindle of Hengyang Product.Alaysis is also done to the structure of the hi-speed rotor bearing including the modification with the new materialand new technology.Highlight is given to the edge of the new spinng bearing with PEEK and CF(carbon fiber) as the outer ring of the bearing and the supporting ring regarding the heat resistance,abrasion resistance,self-lubrication and vibration absorbtion.The Contrast test proves that Hi-speed spindle is the key part of the hi-speed spinning process.The upper bearing is made small and the lower bearing is of plane thrust bearing and radial sliding bearing with oil leakage prevention thus having good vibration absorbtion for good maintenance.The bearing for the rotor is of noise prenvention and vibration reduction plus temperature rise resistance for longer service life.The bearing of the spindle should be of self lubrication for better heat resistance,abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance.
