摘要:为了清除细纱管纱中的纱疵和杂质并卷绕成筒纱,改善筒纱质量,阐明自动络筒机在线控制的关键环节,即细纱管纱踢管的数量、络筒时剪切和打结次数、漏切纱疵和100 km纱疵统计,详细分析其作用。指出:应对每班次踢管纱分疵点统计处理,结合生产品种、清纱参数、残留纱疵数量等因素,实施纱线隔离和区分,利用疵点倒查质量事故原因;在保证自动络筒机生产效率的条件下,结合管纱偶发性纱疵数量、大小和长度等设置清纱参数;保证纱疵剪刀的锋利度及自动络筒机的清洁,稳定车间温湿度,合理调节纱线卷绕张力,避免自动络筒机发生误切、漏切纱疵;100 km纱疵实时控制能有效防止后工序因纱线疵点造成的危害和质量波动。

The Analysis of Key Parameters of Automatic Winder Online Control

Abstract:In order to remove the yarn defects and impurities in the bobbin yarn,wind bobbin yarn into cheese yarn,and improve the quality of bobbin yarn.The key points of automatic winder online control are described,such as the number of kicking bobbin yarn,the times of shearing and knotting in winding,the statistics of the missing cutting yarn defects and 100 km yarn defects,and the function of automatic winder online control is analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the statistical treatment of the defects of the kicking bobbin yarn in each shift should be carried out,the separation and differentiation of yarn are implemented according to the factors of production variety,yarn cleaning parameters and the number of residual yarn defects,and the causes of quality accidents are checked retrospectively by using yarn defects.Under the condition of ensuring the production efficiency of the automatic winder,yarn cleaning parameters of bobbin yarn are set according to the number,size,and length of occasional yarn defects.The sharpness of the yarn defect scissors and the cleanliness of the automatic winder should be ensured,the temperature and humidity in the workshop should be stabilized,the yarn winding tension should be reasonably adjusted,and the yarn defects caused by wrong cutting and missing cutting of the automatic winder should be avoided.The real-time control of 100 km yarn defects can effectively prevent the damage and quality fluctuation caused by yarn defects in the post-process.
